Non halogen magnetic sheet

Non halogen magnetic sheet is PVC free magnet, which is more environment friendly.
It does not contain any heavy metal or hazardous chemicals.
It is usually laminated with PP, PET or other printable films.
It can be easily folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic property of the magnet.
It also has excellent machinability and can be easily drilled, punched, scissor cut, knives cut and die cut.
This type of magnet has the best flexibility characteristics of any permanent magnetic materials .

Material is available in Isotropic, Semi-anisotropic and Anisotropic grade
Material is available in cut sheets and rolls.
HFMAG™ is a Printable Halogen Free（HF）magnetic material or magnetic receptive material. Halogen is the VII A non-metallic element which including Fluorine(F),chlorine(Cl), bromine(Br),iodine(I )and astatine (At).
This element has been widely used in rubber related material and PVC material.
We can die cut the material to any shapes or sizes according to your requirement.
It is usually magnetic one side with UV coating, and for the other side on which customers cover it with some surface material.
7.Standard width is 60/62/100/102/120/122/127cm, thickness is from 0.3mm to 3mm.
Standard length is 10/15/20/30/40M, meanwhile, we can make jumbo rolls too, like 200/300/400M.
Customized dimensions are also available upon request.

HFMAG™ is ideally suited for a variety of printers including Roland®, Mutoh®, Epson®, Mimaki®, and HP®. Prints well on both roll printers and flat bed printing machines. It is much more adaptable than printable magnet sheet materials.
